Research and Markets (http://www.researchandmarkets.com/reports/c54699) has announced the addition of Volume 8: The Biopesticides Companies of Europe to their offering.

“Volume 8: The Biopesticides Companies of Europe” is a subset of the 2007 Biopesticides study which is broken down into 11 volumes.

Sales of crop protection products are falling world-wide as everyone has become much more sensitive to the damage we are doing to our environment and to our food. Organic food sales are booming as consumers increasingly show they are willing to pay more for pesticide-free fruit, vegetables, milk, eggs and meat. Governments are requiring that growers use less pesticide and farmers are seeking ways to get more for their crops. The opportunities for alternatives to chemical pesticides continue to grow rapidly as do the many successful products introduced in the recent past.

Vin Rowe Pty Ltd was established in Warragul, 100 kilometres east of Melbourne in 1961.

In the mid 70s with the discontinuance of milk contracts and a general down turn in dairy farming it became obvious that we needed to diversify.

HOLLYWOOD -- The Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) made history tonight by partnering with the producers of the 79th Annual Academy Awards to significantly reduce the impact the telecast and related events had on the environment, setting a powerful example for the production's estimated 40 million viewers.

The Academy Award's first-ever greening initiative - which included a range of energy-saving solutions - was led by NRDC, the nation's leading environmental research and advocacy organization, and Oscar producer Laura Ziskin.

Leonardo DiCaprio, an NRDC trustee and nominee for Best Supporting Actor, announced the landmark initiative with former Vice President Al Gore during the live Oscar telecast.

Dan Looker Successful Farming magazine Business Editor Organic farmers have traditionally been an independent, apolitlical group. This year that could change.

When more than 2,000 organic farmers and would-be organic farmers met in La Crosse, Wisconsin, last Thursday through Saturday, their leaders were asking them to write members of Congress and to leave their names and contact information in "Farm Bill Action Buckets" at the convention center. The farmers were in town for the annual Upper Midwest Organic Farming Conference.
